How does Trellis’ pricing work?

Our pricing is flexible and depending on your needs it can work in one of two ways:

  1. Subscription fees are charged each month. Pricing plans are different for every client, and will take into account marketplaces, brands, features, and more. 
  2. Flat monthly fee; price locked in for 1 year regardless of account growth
How will I receive my quote?

An account executive will reach out with more information via email as well as with a phone call. Our team is also happy to host a video call to go through features and options available to our clients.

How long does it take to get a quote?

You should expect to hear from a member of our team within 2 business days.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Currently, all monthly subscription costs are paid via credit card. Clients can add their credit card within the “Billing” section of their Trellis account. Accepted cards include all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.).

Does Trellis offer a free trial?

At this time, we don’t offer a standard free trial. However, we encourage prospective clients to bring this up as part of their discovery call. We’ll do our best to accommodate what we can.

Are there long-term contracts? (Do i have to lock into a long-term contract?)

Nope! Most clients can operate on a month-to-month basis, ensuring Trellis is as flexible as you need. However, keep in mind that it does generally take upwards of three months to see proper results from new software and strategies.

So, while not mandatory, those committed to their growth through Trellis, receive discounts for long-term contracts.

Can I switch my plan?

Absolutely! You can add and adjust features as you choose, as well as expand your account to manage additional marketplaces. Simply reach out to our Customer Service team through the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your account, or by emailing support@gotrellis.com.

Does Trellis offer managed services? Or do I need to use the platform myself?

In short, either!

We do offer in-house managed services (utilizing our own platform). Clients who elect to go this route will still have access to the platform. Clients can also choose to manage their own account as well. Should you look to outsource to an eCommerce agency, our team also has some great partners we can recommend.
