Custom media plans improve profitability by accurately prioritizing and cascading the essential components first.
In line with our approach of giving users more control over their ads at a high-level, custom media plans allow you to choose from different advanced settings. These include enabling Trellis’ keyword discovery algorithm, harvesting keywords and ASINs using Amazon’s auto campaigns, and extracting historical data to better inform your campaigns.
Advanced Targeting For More Efficient Use of Resources
While Amazon advertising has many components, the most basic strategies succeed based on the effectiveness of your keywords. With automated campaigns, Trellis automatically searches for keywords in the same category as yours.

To activate this feature, select the Funnel targeting type and assign the most relevant product attributes to your products. Trellis will instantly build new high-intent keywords without the trial and error of other platforms. Our Funnel Targeting feature drastically decreases the time it takes from product launch to profitability. This improves market penetration and helps you gain a competitive advantage with how quickly you can test and evaluate products.

Aided by a profitability versus sales volume slider, the additional algorithm can find a middle ground that suits your needs. This algorithm adapts to bidding habits and budget restrictions and gives clients more predictable results to help them scale within their profit margins.
To take advantage of the new feature, change your campaign objective to ‘Optimize ACoS Profitability’ and under advanced settings, change your optimization settings to ‘Profit Optimization’. Once you are done, move your slider to tell the system how much you’d like to prioritize profit over sales volume.
