In 2025, Trellis celebrated a milestone that very few companies in eCommerce and advertising technology ever reach: six years in business. That achievement didn’t happen by accident. It was the result of disciplined execution, relentless customer focus, and a commitment to building technology that actually drives profit, not just performance metrics.
This year was about momentum. We traveled across the globe to meet with clients face-to-face, attended and sponsored industry trade shows, hosted in-person training, and continued to invest deeply in our people and our platform. Along the way, our team grew, our product evolved, and our impact across marketplaces expanded in meaningful ways.
As we reflect on the year, one thing is clear: 2025 was a defining chapter in Trellis’ story.
By the Numbers
Numbers never tell the whole story, but at Trellis, they do tell an important one.
In 2025, our team delivered impressive results not only for the company, but for the brands and sellers who trust us to manage their pricing, advertising, and growth strategies across marketplaces.
We kicked off the year with 37 employees and closed it with 50, adding new talent in every single department, from engineering and product to customer success, sales, and strategic management. That growth reflects both increased demand for our solutions and a deliberate investment in building a team that can scale alongside our clients.
Across our platform and Strategic Management services, Trellis managed:
- 731,575 price changes, optimizing for margin and competitiveness
- $294.5 million in ad spend across 21 marketplaces
- 12,772,415 products actively managed
- $3B+ in revenue influenced or supported through Trellis
These numbers represent real operational complexity. Behind every price change and ad dollar is a brand trying to capture new shoppers, defend margin, and grow profitably in increasingly competitive marketplaces. Our job is to make that both easier and more effective at scale.
Trellis’ tools, content, and website showed up over 12M times in search results. Our most-seen search query? “Amazon keyword tool” That visibility reinforces our role not just as a software provider, but as a trusted educational resource for sellers and brands navigating Amazon, Walmart, and beyond.
Education has always been core to Trellis’ mission. This year, our blog continued to be a go-to resource for sellers looking for clarity, strategy, and actionable guidance. We’ve also rounded up our top ten most-visited blog posts from the year.

Platform Upgrades: Built for Progress, Not Just Performance
While our content team was busy educating the market, our engineering team was hard at work behind the scenes. In 2025, we released a series of major features and “quality of life” improvements designed to give brands more control, better insights, and stronger results.
- Audience Builder +: Seamlessly integrate DTC first-party data with Amazon Ads to create more precise, high-performing targeting audiences. This feature helps brands bridge the gap between owned data and marketplace advertising.
- Harvesting Rules: Create custom rules to automatically harvest high-performing keywords and remove underperformers, saving time while continuously improving campaign efficiency.
- Placement Max Algorithm: Optimize ads for the placements that matter most, whether that’s Top of Search or other high-converting areas of the page.
- Self-Serve DSP: Run and manage DSP campaigns directly inside the Trellis platform—without the high cost or complexity of a traditional DSP seat.
- Budget Planning: Track ad spend pacing against budgets and goals directly in your dashboard, making it easier to stay proactive instead of reactive.
- Refreshed Dynamic Pricing Dashboard: Visualize the real impact of incremental price changes on margin and ROI, giving brands clarity into how pricing decisions affect profitability.
Industry Recognition: Amazon Ads Partner Awards
Several of our 2025 feature launches were submitted to the Amazon Ads Partner Awards, and we’re proud to say Trellis was named a finalist in two categories:
- Technology Innovation: Momofuku Serves Up Smarter Growth with Audience Builder +
- AI Innovation: Dandy Blend Brews Creative Growth with AI-Powered Advertising
These recognitions validated what our clients already know: Trellis is building innovative solutions that drive real-world results.
