The Challenge: Outdated Creative & Low CTR

Dandy Blend, a beloved herbal coffee alternative and category leader on Amazon, was experiencing a creative slowdown. Despite a #1 Best Seller Rank and strong conversion rates, the brand’s click-through rate (CTR) on Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns had dropped from 0.8% to below 0.2%. Their ads were no longer capturing attention, and performance had plateaued at the top of the funnel.

Without an in-house creative team, Dandy Blend relied on outsourced production, leading to long lead times, high costs, and limited flexibility.
