Overview

What it looks at, what it flags, what comes back, what you can change.

What it looks at
Discovery campaigns, and what you already run on exact
  • Search terms from auto and broad campaigns
  • Your active exact-match keywords, as a dedup reference
  • Amazon, over the lookback window you set
What it flags
Terms with proven purchase intent, not yet promoted
  • Conversion rate above the threshold you set
  • Conversions at or above the minimum you set
  • Nothing already running as an exact keyword
What comes back
A ranked list of promotion candidates
  • Each term, its metrics, and its source campaign
  • A suggested bid, capped, and an uncapped signal bid
  • Ranked by harvest score, top candidates first
What you can change
Six settings, per run, without editing the skill
  • Lookback days, target ACoS, minimum conversion rate
  • Minimum conversions, bid cap, bid floor
  • Tuned per account, per run

Run Settings
The six things this skill asks you to set.
Lookback days
How much search term and keyword history to read. Longer on lower-traffic accounts, so the signal is real.
Target ACoS
The ACoS you are aiming at, as a decimal. Drives the ACoS efficiency in the ranking and the bid the report suggests.
Min CVR threshold
The conversion rate a term must beat to qualify, as a decimal. Raise it to see fewer, stronger candidates.
Min conversions threshold
How many conversions a term needs before it counts. Raise it when you want more evidence behind each candidate.
Suggested bid cap
The ceiling applied to every suggested bid. Sets how much spend risk you carry on a newly promoted term.
Suggested bid floor
The minimum applied to every suggested bid, so no term comes back with a bid too low to serve.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is some text inside of a div block.

This skill reads your auto and broad campaign search terms over the lookback window you set, then keeps the terms that clear your conversion rate and conversion count thresholds. What comes back is a ranked list of candidates with a suggested starting bid for each.

Why does keyword harvesting keep surfacing keywords I already have?

Because most harvests read the search term report alone. This one also loads your active exact-match keywords and removes any term already running there, so a candidate only appears if it has not been promoted yet.

Does this skill create the exact match keywords for me?

No. It only reports. You read the ranked list, decide which terms to promote, and create the keywords yourself — the source campaign name is included so you know where to add negatives afterwards.

What is a harvest score?

What is a harvest score?

Why are there two suggested bid columns?

One bid is capped and floored by the values you set, ready to use on Amazon. The other is the uncapped figure the formula produced. Comparing them shows which terms the cap is holding back.

How often should I run a keyword harvest?

Weekly works for most accounts, so you start each week from a fresh ranked list. After a product launch, run it more often while auto campaigns are still discovering terms.
