What each export actually contains, what one row means, how to pull it from Seller Central, Vendor Central, the Amazon Ads console or Walmart — and the gotchas that quietly break the numbers.

Amazon AFN Inventory Data Report

Amazon's AFN Inventory Data report is the simplest view of Amazon-fulfilled stock there is - six columns wide, a SKU and its condition against a single sellable quantity. What makes it worth understanding is what it does not have. There is no date column, no country column and no breakdown into reserved, inbound or unfulfillable units, and the marketplace you ask for is ignored: Amazon answers with the account's whole pooled FBA position, the same file whichever marketplace the request named.

Amazon AWD Inbound Shipments Report (listInboundShipments)

Amazon's AWD inbound shipments report is the supplier-to-warehouse leg of Amazon Warehousing and Distribution: one row per inbound shipment, carrying the shipment's id, the AWD order it belongs to, its status, an external reference and the timestamps for when the record was created and last updated. It is the report that turns the in-transit number on the AWD inventory report into named shipments you can chase, and the only one that can tell "not enrolled in AWD" apart from "enrolled with nothing stored yet". It is summaries only, so carrier, tracking and received quantities are not on it.

Amazon AWD Inventory Report (listInventory)

Amazon's AWD inventory report is the stock position half of Amazon Warehousing and Distribution: one row per SKU per snapshot, carrying what is physically on hand at AWD, what is still inbound to it, how much of the position can be distributed onward to FBA, how much is reserved, and a replenishment quantity — plus a second, smaller grain of expiration buckets for the SKUs that carry expiry dates. It is a position, not a flow: the endpoint has no date dimension and Amazon keeps no history, so the only time series that exists is the one you build by snapshotting it.

Amazon AWD Replenishment Orders Report

Amazon's AWD replenishment orders feed is the flow half of the Amazon Warehousing and Distribution picture — every move of your own stock out of AWD and into FBA, with the order's lifecycle status, the SKUs and quantities on it, the outbound shipments it produced, and the per-SKU reasons anything was refused. It is what makes a SKU's auto-replenishment ratio computable, and unlike most of Seller Central it has no report type at all — the data only exists behind a live, paginated SP-API endpoint.

Amazon Brand Analytics Market Basket Report

Amazon's Brand Analytics market basket report answers one question — when a shopper bought one of your ASINs, what else was in the same order. Each row pairs one of your ASINs with an ASIN bought alongside it, the rank of that pairing, and the share of qualifying orders it accounts for. The paired ASIN does not have to be one you sell, which is the whole point of the report; the file carries the identifier and the share, and nothing else about it.

Amazon Brand Analytics Repeat Purchase Report

Amazon's Brand Analytics repeat purchase report answers one question about each of your ASINs over a reporting period — of the customers who ordered it, how many had ordered it before, and what those repeat purchases were worth. Each row is one ASIN for one period, carrying the orders and unique customers behind the number, the repeat-customer share, the repeat purchase revenue with its currency code, and that revenue as a share of the total.

Amazon Catalog Items Report (Catalog Items API)

The Amazon Catalog Items report is Amazon's own catalog record for each ASIN you sell, pulled through the Catalog Items API's searchCatalogItems operation rather than as a Reports API file. For every ASIN and marketplace it gives you the product type, external identifiers, the variation family, the browse node and its full path, the headline sales ranks, the summary fields (brand, title, colour, size, package quantity), item and package dimensions, every image rendition, the product-type attribute blob exploded one row per element, and, for vendor accounts only, the vendor details. It is a snapshot of the catalog as it stands on the day of the pull, not a history.

Amazon Coupon Performance Report

Amazon's coupon performance report is the third-party seller view of what each coupon did — how many shoppers clipped it, how many redeemed it, what it has spent of its budget and the sales behind it — plus the list of ASINs the coupon applies to. Amazon serves sellers and vendors from the same report type but answers each with a different schema, and this page documents the seller one.

Amazon FBA Fee Preview Report

Amazon's FBA Fee Preview report lists every FBA offer in your account with the fees Amazon expects to charge on it — referral fee, pick and pack, weight handling and the fulfilment fee that sits beside them — under both the current fee schedule and the one coming next, beside the package dimensions, weight and size tier those fees were worked out from. One row per SKU per store, for the whole region at once, whichever marketplace you asked for.

Amazon Financial Event Groups Report (Finances API)

Amazon's Financial Event Groups report lists the account's settlement periods: one row per financial event group, carrying its processing status, the status and date of the fund transfer to your bank, the period it covers, its beginning balance, and its original and converted totals with their currency codes. It comes from the Finances API's listFinancialEventGroups operation rather than a downloadable report, and it belongs to the account as a whole, not to a marketplace — a single North America response mixes USD and CAD groups.

Amazon Financial Transactions Report (Finances API listTransactions)

Amazon's Financial Transactions report is the Finances API's listTransactions feed: one row per posted financial transaction, with its type, status, description, total amount and currency, the marketplace it was posted in, and any deferral that is holding it — plus five child tables that split each transaction into its items, the recursive charge and fee breakdowns at both the transaction and item level, and the name/value identifiers Amazon attaches. It is the transaction-level ledger underneath your settlements, served by a live paginated endpoint rather than a downloadable report file.

Amazon Listings Items Report (Listings Items API)

The Amazon Listings Items report is your own listing record for every SKU in a marketplace, pulled through the Listings Items API's searchListingsItems operation rather than as a Reports API file. For each SKU it gives you the summary (ASIN, product type, condition, status, FNSKU, title, created and updated dates, main image), every product-type attribute exploded one row per element, the open listing issues with their severity and enforcement actions, the current offer price, and the fulfilment channel with its merchant-fulfilled quantity. It is a snapshot of the listings as they stand on the day of the pull, not a history.

Amazon Marketplace Participations Report (Sellers API)

The Amazon Marketplace Participations report is the account's marketplace grid: one row for every marketplace the seller credential reaches, carrying the marketplace's own identity (id, country, default currency and language, storefront domain), the store name the account trades under there, and two flags — whether the account is participating and whether it has suspended listings. It comes from the Sellers API's getMarketplaceParticipations operation, a single synchronous call with no Reports API report type behind it, and it is a snapshot of the account as it stands at the moment of the call rather than a history.

Amazon Promotions Performance Report

Amazon's promotions performance report is the deal-level view of what a promotion did — glance views, units sold and revenue for each promotion, plus the per-ASIN breakdown of those same three figures across the products the promotion included. It is selected by the promotion's start date and the window reaches forward as well as back, so scheduled deals appear in the file before they have run.

Amazon Restock Inventory Recommendations Report

Amazon's Restock Inventory Recommendations report is a point-in-time view of FBA stock by SKU with Amazon's own replenishment suggestion attached to each row. One row covers a merchant SKU in one country: the unit counts split across Available, Inbound, FC transfer, FC processing, Customer order and Unfulfillable, the Working, Shipped and Receiving shipment stages, trailing 30-day sales and units, two days-of-supply columns, and the recommended replenishment quantity, ship date and action Amazon publishes alongside them. It carries no date column of its own.

Amazon Sales and Traffic Report by Child ASIN

Amazon's Sales and Traffic report by child ASIN gives you one row per child ASIN per day, combining the demand side (sessions, page views, Buy Box percentage) with the outcome side (units ordered, ordered product sales, unit session percentage). It sweeps the whole catalogue rather than a list you name — the sibling `salesAndTrafficTrends` query pairs the same two sides but takes at most 30 child ASINs per marketplace — which makes it the report to start from when you do not yet know which listing to diagnose.

Amazon Sales and Traffic Report by Date

The by-date grain of Amazon's Sales and Traffic report is the whole account on one line a day, for one marketplace. It is the only one of the three grains that carries the shipped and refunded side of the business next to the ordered side, and the only one that carries seller feedback, granted claims, average selling price and how many offers you had live. Nothing in it names an ASIN, which is exactly why it is the right file for a daily account trend and the wrong one for diagnosing a listing.

Amazon Sales and Traffic Report by SKU

Amazon's Sales and Traffic report by SKU gives you one row per seller SKU per day, carrying the same traffic and conversion columns as the child-ASIN version — sessions, page views, Buy Box percentage, units ordered, ordered product sales — plus the SKU itself. That extra column is the reason to pull it — it is the only place Amazon's traffic data arrives keyed on the identifier your cost, price and inventory systems already use. It is not, however, a re-cut of the ASIN report; the two grains count different numbers of rows and do not reconcile.

Amazon Seller Feedback Report

Amazon's Seller Feedback Data report is the tab-delimited file of feedback buyers left on your selling performance — the negative and neutral end of it, one to three stars. One row is one piece of feedback, carrying the day it was left, the star rating, the buyer's comment, your public response, the order it came from and the rater's email. It is requested bare, with no date range and no report options at all, so each pull returns whatever window Amazon considers current rather than one you choose.

Amazon Seller Performance Report (Account Health)

Amazon's Seller Performance report (GET_V2_SELLER_PERFORMANCE_REPORT) is the Seller Central Account Health page as a JSON file: one snapshot per marketplace, holding roughly twenty named metrics, each with its own status, its own target and its own counts. It flattens into three tables mirroring the Account Health page's own sections — customer service performance, policy compliance and shipping performance — so one row is one metric, for one marketplace, over the rolling window Amazon measured it on rather than a date range you asked for.

Amazon Sponsored Products Ad Group Report

The Sponsored Products ad group report gives you one row per ad group per day — impressions, clicks, cost and the purchases, units and sales Amazon attributed back, at 1, 7, 14 and 30-day windows. Sponsored Products has no ad group report type of its own, so this is the campaign report asked for at the ad group grain, and the swap costs you every campaign column except the bidding strategy.

The Sponsored Products advertised product report gives you one row per advertised product per day — the ad itself, with the ASIN and SKU it promotes and the campaign, ad group and portfolio around it, plus impressions, clicks, cost and the attributed purchases, units and sales at 1, 7, 14 and 30-day windows. It is the report that says which product an ad actually earned its keep on, and the one Sponsored Products grain where cost and spend do not always agree.

The Sponsored Products targeting report gives you one row per day for every target Amazon files under its automatic vocabulary — the close-match, loose-match, substitute and complement groups Amazon creates for you, plus the category and product targeting expressions an advertiser adds — with impressions, clicks, cost, top-of-search share and the attributed purchases, units and sales behind them at four attribution windows. It is the auto-targeting half of the spTargeting report; the manual keywords come out of the same request as the keyword report.

Amazon Sponsored Products Auto Targeting Search Term Report

The auto-targeting search term report is the Sponsored Products search term report filtered to automatic targets — one row per auto target per shopper search term per day, pairing the query a shopper actually typed with the targeting expression that matched it, and carrying clicks, cost and attributed sales at four attribution windows. It is the file behind keyword harvesting and negative-keyword lists, and the one report where the keyword and targeting columns genuinely say different things.
